| Experience Gilles BATTIER joined SPRING Technologies in 1988, as a Business Engineer. He quickly progressed, evolving from Sales Director to General Manager before being appointed CEO in 1994. Since then he undertook several strategic projects notably within the framework of the international development of the firm. Indeed, a first office was established in Germany. Then two subsidiaries were subsequently opened in Beijing, China (2008) and in Cambridge (MA) in the US (2010). He also worked on involving the firm in local and international research programs through competitive clusters such as Systematic, Astech and Viameca. Qualifications Gilles BATTIER graduated in engineering at ENSIAME Valenciennes (Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Ingénieurs en Informatique, Automatique, Mécanique, Energétique, Electronique). |  |
Olivier BELLATON | General Managing Director | |
| Experience As General Managing Director, Olivier BELLATON is in charge of all SPRING Technologies’ software activities (NCSIMUL SOLUTIONS), PLM distribution and service (PTC, SAP, Dassault Systèmes), in France and abroad (Germany, China and the USA). Prior to taking his current position, Olivier BELLATON was Director of the Software Department for 3 years, Product Manager for 4 years and Director of Export Business for 4 years, during which time he notably set up the company’s Hong-Kong subsidiary. He joined SPRING Technologies in 1995 as Product Engineer. Qualifications Olivier BELLATON graduated in engineering at SUPMECA Paris (Institut Supérieur de Mécanique) and holds an MBA from ESCP Europe (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris). |  |
Xavier HERRERAS | Director of Finance and Administration | |
| Experience After 20 years’ experience in a wide range of sectors (press and telematics, hospitality, automotive distribution), initially as a Management Controller and subsequently as Financial and Administrative Director, Xavier HERRERAS joined SPRING Technologies in May 2000. Since joining the company, he has played an active part alongside Gilles BATTIER, in the group’s international development and in a number of mergers and external growth operations in France. Qualifications Xavier HERRERAS is a graduate of CEILA (Centre d'Etudes Ibériques et Latino-Américaines Appliquées – Paris IV, Sorbonne) and I.A.E. (Institut d'Administration des Entreprises – Paris II, Panthéon-Sorbonne). |  |
